USB-IR USB to Infrared Adapter - USB-IR DataSheet
The USB-IR adapter converts serial data into 3/16 SIR infrared data at 9600 baud. An optional dip switch can increase the baud rate to 115200 baud. The USB-IR adapter supports the SIR (Serial Infrared) interface.
Applications for the USB-IR infrared adapter include:

- Welch Allyn SPOT series medical patient monitors
